Our Amandorlato is an enjoyable wine with the structure of Amarone and the aftertaste of Recioto. The main distinctive feature is the delightful hint of roasted almonds, both in the nose and mouth, before any other typical Valpolicella flavors.
The drying process is longer than for Amarone and shorter than for Recioto. Also, popular as a meditation wine, our Solitario is a triumph of flavors, thanks to the drying of the grapes that allows the concentration of sugars and aromas, giving the wine greater intensity and complexity.

Vinification and maturation: the grapes are harvested at the beginning of October, drying for 3 month and 2 weeks all the grapes, de-stemming, pressing, cryomaceration, controlled-temperature fermentation with cultured yeasts and simultaneous malolactic, followed by maturation in new French oak barriques about 54 months and after the bottling aging other 30 month in ours bottles storage in ours bottles storage.
