Vinificazione e invecchiamento:le uve vengono raccolte ai primi di Ottobre, vengono subito pigia/diraspate, macerazione a freddo, fermentazione con lieviti selezionati a temperature controllate, fermentazione malolatica, affinamento di 24mesi in acciaio e dopo l’imbottigliamento altri 24 mesi in bottiglia minimo.

Dati analitici: alcol 13 - 13,5% residuo zuccherino 1 - 2 g/l acidità totale 4 - 5 g/l estratto secco 29 - 30 g/l

Abbinamento: Perfetto con molti aperitivi come formaggi/salumi,giardiniere, o primi piatti tipo pasta, risotto, insalate miste, formaggi fresci
