- Guided tour of the Sabaini winery with tasting of 4 wines from the cellar with gressini and taralli.
- E-Bike experience with private guide in the two valleys (Illasi and Mezzane).
- Arrival at Le Guaite di Noemi winery with a guided tour of the cellar with tasting of 3 wines with a small platter of cured meats and cheeses.
- Conclusion of the E-Bike experience with return to the Sabaini winery and conclusion.
