Payment by Bank Transfer

Use the order ID as the reason for the transfer. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have been transferred to our bank account. Then, send the bank receipt to amministrazione@leguaite.it.

Payment with PayPal

When selecting the “PayPal” payment method, a window will open where you can enter your PayPal credentials and make the payment with your account.

Yes, we ship our wines abroad. Shipping costs to Australia, Belgium, China, Denmark, Germany, Japan, Luxembourg, United Kingdom, United States, Sweden, and Switzerland will be calculated separately with the courier. Shipping times vary depending on the destination, but generally, they are delivered within 7 business days.

Domestic orders are generally delivered within 7 business days. International shipments may take longer.

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving the order, provided the products are unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us directly to initiate the return process at info@leguaite.it.

Tastings can be booked directly on our website. Visit the link https://leguaite.it/en/wine-tastings/ discover our experiences and click the “Book” button. Select the date, time, and tasting route and follow the instructions to complete your booking.

From the dropdown menu, select the chosen tasting route and click the “GIFT THIS PRODUCT” button. A window will open where you’ll be asked to enter the recipient’s name, recipient’s email, message, and your name to compose the gift voucher.

By selecting the number of people and clicking “ADD TO CART,” you will be redirected to the checkout page where you can follow the instructions to complete your purchase. Once payment is verified, we will send it directly to the email provided in the “Recipient’s Email” field. If you wish to personally give the gift voucher to the recipient, enter your email and print the PDF found in the voucher receipt email.

Once the voucher is received, the recipient will need to book the tasting by selecting the date, time, and tasting route that was gifted, following the steps to the checkout, where they can enter the discount voucher. Once the code is applied, the value of the voucher will be deducted from the total booking amount.

Select the date, time and route of tasting you have been given. You can see the name of the route in the pdf file that was sent to you with the confirmation of receipt of the gift voucher, in the section “You could use this gift voucher for this product:”.

Then follow the steps to checkout where you can enter the code/codes in the dedicated field “Did you get a gift from a friend? Enter the code here!”.

Once the code or codes are applied, the value will be deducted from the total of the booking.

Yes, our gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the purchase date. Make sure to use your voucher within the validity period.

Gift vouchers are not rechargeable and can only be used once until their value is exhausted. Any remaining amounts after a purchase cannot be credited back.

Gift vouchers are cumulative; the system creates multiple discount codes based on the number of people selected by the gift giver.

Yes, we recommend booking in advance to ensure availability on your preferred date. Enter your voucher code at the time of booking to complete the process.

Discount codes, unless otherwise specified above, can be used for both wine purchases and tasting reservations. Enter the discount code during the checkout process to apply it. Once applied, the value of the coupon will be deducted from the total order.
