Vinification and maturation<\/strong>: the grapes are harvested in the middle of September,\r\ndrying for 1 month all the grapes, de-stemming,\r\npressing, cryomaceration, controlled-temperature\r\nfermentation with cultured yeasts and simultaneous\r\nmalolactic, followed by maturation in French oak\r\nsecond passage about 36-48 months and after the\r\nbottling other 36-48 month\r\n<\/p>\r\n

Bouquet<\/strong>: notes of ripe cherry, blue berry, redcurrant, black\r\nplum, grass, violet\r\ntagliata, violetta e ribes<\/p>\r\n
